Day 244: Shepherd's Pie

For dinner tonight I made this shepherd's pie. It was so, so delicious! It is one of the best shepherd's pies I've ever had (and I've had good pies in England). You can find the recipe here.

Lamb is what makes shepherd's pie. If it has beef instead, it's actually cottage pie. A lot of people, especially in America, use the terms interchangeably, but in reality they are two different dishes.

I made chocolate mousse with an orange whipped cream for dessert, but I didn't get a picture of that. All in all, tonight's dinner was a huge success!
