If you are from the south, this may be a somewhat familiar sight to you - the Confederate flag, that is.
Down here, some people still think The South won the Civil War. This phenomenon is even more prevalent in the Deep South (Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Georgia), where one can see these flags waving in the breeze.
It always throws me a bit when I see this flag today, seeing as how most of us associate the Confederacy with slavery and realize that the Union won the war.

I wonder sometimes when I see that flag, I guess you kind of shed some light on it for me.
