Our grocery store, United, had a deal going on today where they would roast hatch chilies for free. So, of course, Dad bought a ton. Dad cooked tonight and every dish in our supper had these chilies - we had chile rellenos, cornbread and potatoes, all with hatch chilies. And all delicious.
This cobbler was not exempt; it too boasted chilies as an ingredient (see that green poking out in the bottom left corner?). It was actually quite tasty!
