Day 225: Gold Leaf

I'm pretty excited about this purchase. It's liquid gold leaf! Hopefully it will be easier to work with than gold leaf (which I've never actually worked with, but is daunting). I'm excited to begin another illumination, which I can decorate with real gold leaf.

It's the little things in life that make me happy.

Oh, and I like this picture a lot, too. The wood grain running horizontally below the jar with the jar's reflection looks neat.
