Flagstaff is in the middle of a warm February - the warmest February on record, in fact.
Today was the thirteenth 60-degree day this February. The previous record was eight 60-degree days, and sometimes Flagstaff doesn't reach 60 at all in February.
Even the snow on the mountains is mostly gone.
