Today I drank a nice cup of lapsang souchong. It's a black tea that's been smoked over a fire. This gives it a distinctive smoky aroma and flavour. It is very unique, and many people don't care for it. I enjoy it, though, and if you haven't tried it then you should!

I used to only be a tea drinker....then I moved to North Dakota where during pastoral visits the people served coffee that a spoon could stand up in. After 4 years, I was converted to coffee!!!
Ahh so that's what that kind of tea is. I always thought it was such a funny looking pair of words! I dunno if I would like it, but I'd like to try it sometime.
