I got this cool ceramic apple dish for Christmas, and I finally got a chance to try it out tonight. You just core the apple, put some butter, cinnamon, brown sugar and raisins on top and then throw it in the microwave for 2 minutes. Definitely yummy!

It came from a local guy, somewhere close to Abilene. I think he was going out of business, though. He made ceramic egg dishes too, to cook eggs easily in the microwave.
I think you can get them other places online as well, though.
